Spring Mix Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette
Raspberry Vinegretteの作り方
4人分
レモン汁 1/2個分(1/8C)
ラズベリービネガー 1/8C
砂糖 大さじ1
オリーブオイル(またはグレープシード・オイル) 1/4C
塩、こしょう
すべての材料を合わせて、サラダと合えるだけ。
私はレモンの皮も加えてます。
甘目が好きなら、砂糖を増やすか、蜂蜜を入れてみてね。
